JPOSP is the official peer-reviewed, open access journal of the Paediatric Orthopaedic Society of Pakistan, dedicated to publishing high-quality research in Paediatric Orthopaedic Surgery.
Scope, Aims & Mission of the Journal
JPOSP publishes original research, review articles, case reports, editorials, and short communications covering congenital and developmental musculoskeletal conditions, paediatric trauma, neuromuscular disorders, clubfoot, DDH, cerebral palsy, paediatric spine disorders, limb reconstruction, musculoskeletal infections, and metabolic bone disorders in children.

JPOSP follows a rigorous double-blind peer review process. Each manuscript is reviewed by a minimum of two independent subject expert reviewers including international experts. The journal follows COPE guidelines and ICMJE Recommendations (2026).
JPOSP has applied for recognition with the Higher Education Commission (HEC), the Pakistan Medical & Dental Council (PM&DC), the ISSN International Centre, and Open Journal Systems (OJS). The journal targets Y Category recognition with HEC.
